Laser cutting, Vertical machine center, Rotary grinder, 3D Scaning and printing

Laser cutting is the technology which use laser or fiber laser beam with a support media gas i.e oxygen or Nitrogen to cut the material. laser cutting works by directing a high power laser mostly through in optics lens. The laser beam  directs at the material which than melts or burns the material or evaporates material at high speed by injecting a gas at same time. Type of gas differs from material to material to be processed for cutting. Additionally, CNC option in laser cutting machine makes its work automatically.

Area of Application of Laser cutting work

  • Laser cutting is now one of the most widely used manufacturing processes in the world. Finding a home in industries such as the aerospace, Automotive, electronics, Semiconductor and medical  sectors, it’s clear that it offers a huge range of benefits and uses.
  • The Cutting process works in a vastly different way compared to how it has previously been done in the past, offering a new level of quality and reliability to its users. To help demonstrate just how varied this process can be we have listed below some of the applications for this type of laser process.

What types of material we can process?

Fiber Laser cutting is used to cut Metal and Non metal

  • This includes:
  • Carbon Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Brass & Copper
  • Aluminum
